The quality of the installation has been amazing and always keep up the service maintenance with Nicola too. Well I’m sure that not many companies receive a 5 star rating after 10 years!! Nic and the team supplied me an arctic summit spa over ten years ago and I have not had a minutes problem with it. When I was looking into purchasing, Nic advised me not to buy cheap as they are not properly insulated and full of foam so any maintenance to pipes is a real problem. She also advised me to purchase one with a “spa boy” system, this is a great feature as combined with the app the spa looks after itself. This means it’s always ready to use, no chemicals to add and no faff! Would absolutely recommend wellness hot tubs and happy to talk to any potential customers of my experience in more detail.
